Put a piece of Hersey's on a Graham Cracker and put a large marshmallow on it and put another Graham Cracker on the top and put it in the microwave for about 10 - 15 seconds. Presto- you have S'mores.

I always put very dark, bitter chocolate in my chilli con carne, it makes the sauce very glossy and rich, and stops the chilli being too harsh.
