Sudocream and/or tea tree oil. I keep breaking out too and find Sudocream gets rid of them quickest. Avoid things like clearasil - if you have the occasional spot then I'm sure it's fine but it's a waste of money if you properly suffer from spots.

You May Just Be Simply Stressing, Not Drinking Enough Water Or Not Eating Enough Healthy foods . okay it is good to use products too but that was my main problem with spots and now my skin is totally clear :) good luck :)

Hey I use to have the same problem... you should try Beyond Belief ABH Blemish Stop Treatment you can find it at any Sally Beauty Supply store!! They have many more products there of the same brand that may also help you!!

proactive solution but you have to order it in from the us clarisol in all that crap is no use it gives you more spots than ever i had lots of spots and when i tried to get rid of them with chemical stuff they just got worse but when i stopped using chemical solutions and just splashed warm water over my face every day they start to dissapear so i reccomend you do that

when i break out i spots i put a bit a toothpaste on it and my friend used to suffer with them alot so when she has a wash she put toothpaste all over her face first and it drys them out an it does work her face hasn't got any spots any more

tea tree oil .put some on cotton bud and dab on spot, dries them up really quickly.

a mud mask (once a week on cleansed skin) helps a lot
