I.C.O.N. conditioner, CURE and shampoo purchased as a "special" bundle of products... but maybe its been in the sunny window too long?

If it's heavy on "natural" ingredients, it's possible. They could deconstitute. The product should be processed in such a way as to minimize that, but everything ages. And heat/sunlight will break things down.

When stored in a wrong place, hair products (like all other cosmetic products) can become rancid. Do not use them.

It's entirely possible. I'd recommend to purchase a different kind, or another bottle of same product.
