We've been apart for more than a year. I tried moving on and staying away from her but I can't because she is always on my mind. What should i do? What should I tell her to get her back?

PLEASE don't tell me to move on!

Sometimes it's hard to remember even after a month why somebody became your "ex." Do you remember after a year has passed? Try your best to remember before you do anything. If you think things can be different a second time, tell her exactly what you told us - that she is always on your mind.

If you really care about her, then tell her! But, if she has moved on and don't share the same feelings then you will have to move on, sorry to say. You can't make someone care for you. But, just tell her how you feel, and that you can't move on and you would really like to try again to see if it would work out better this time around. Tell her whatever made you split up in the past will be avoided this time. Good luck. :)

I know exactly how you feel. It's been about 5 months that me and my ex broke up. I really miss him alot, I started talking to this friend that has a crush on me to try to move on. But I couldn't, I think about him all the time and everything I do reminds me of him. If I were you I would tell her, don't make the mistake of losing her. I wish you all the luck in the world!!! Hopefully, I have luck in getting my ex back. Good Luck!!!

I wish this was my ex writing this...we broke up 5 months ago, but the hurt is still there and I think of him all the time; and I wonder if he thinks about me.

If I were you, I would causally invite her to see a movie or grab a bite to eat. Do not bring up anything about the past. See if there are still sparks there between you, and take it from there.

Tell her how you feel. Be honest with her. Then you can at least say you gave it another try.Send her some flowers. If you don't give it a shot then you will never know. Then if it don't work I'm sorry but then you need to move on.

well first you should see if she is with anyone, and if she even wants to talk to you. then you are going to have to start over, forget the past, don't ever bring up whatever made you break up in the first place and move on together.

You need to tell her how you feel and ask her to be with you. Tell her you can't stop thinking about her because you love her.
