Anyone deal with E-surance on a claim ?

Question

I am thinking about swithching to E surance but i haven't talked to anyone that has dealt with them,
anyone filed a claim with them?
If so how did it go?
anyone had a problem with them?

omg, I would like first hand knowledge please,
not my friend who speeds, got his insurance canceled that would happen to anyone.
My driving record is flawless,

I have filed claims with them on a professional basis only. The people I spoke with were friendly. The claims adjuster(s) I dealt with seemed to know what they were doing; however, you're dealing with people, not a company.....they're only as good as their employees and to be quite honest, I wasn't impressed. Calls weren't returned promptly if at all, slow to inspect vehicles. They didn't seem to know the difference between rear end accident and being backed into. They didn't do much on their end--I had to give them everything, basically do the investigation for them. Someone actually tried to convince me the LEGALLY parked car their guy hit was at fault--but I give the guy an effort for trying.

please don't do this ,i have a friend that switched over to it,he got one ticket and they have now canceled his insurance, there not as good as the other company's on this ,and it takes them a long time to pay off on a accident also,id try other sources before i went to them,good luck,i hope this help,s.
