It all depends on the chemistry and bond you have now. Do you really know this person, do you want to get to know this person? I would just act like the one night stand didn't happen and start all over. Go ahead and date a little and see if you like him. You never know, things might work out really good.

I don't see why not. I ended up marrying my husband that way (sort of). We slept together on the first date. It's been 9 years together 8 married now.

it depends on him.Did he sleep with you because he liked you or just for sex.In order to find out you will have to sort it out with him.It also depends do you want to start a relationship or is just sex.Anyway if you talked with him you would see where you stand.I am with you all the way good luck.
