I'm so not going "religious" on you! There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin! I don't understand why people think it's wrong or "unpopular" to be a virgin. It's one of the safest things around. I'm a mother of 3 daughters and I really want them to be virgins until they are married; will it happen? Who knows? But it's definitely nothing to frown upon. You won't have to worry about what to call the itch, the scratch, or the smell! It's crazy. Plus God created sexual relations for the married.
We are so valued that we shouldn't just let anyone in! It's sacred, and not worth all the mess emotionally, mentally, physically and sexually that comes with it. No, I don't agree with you. The bible says there is no temptation unto man that he can't escape from!

Ocassionally i'm getting teased about it (no longer that it bothers me too a lot) although the actual incontrovertible truth that i'm nevertheless a virgin even as all my different acquaintances are sexually lively does worry me. I have had some sexual companions, yet i'm yet to seal the deal and it only seems that everytime i'm getting on the point of a woman i under no circumstances get the prospect because we both chop up or our courting would not advance I dont evaluate myself awkward round women human beings or unnactractive, so what am i doing incorrect? thanks in improve.

I think it's totally different for men and women. The reason is that guys at that age are really sexual and into it for the physical aspect more than the emotional like most girls are. It's not wrong to wait until you are ready as an individual to deal with those emotions. It may be 18 for some and 28 for others. There is nothing wrong with waiting until you are sure you're ready. Sleeping around at a young age is what's a waste.

Really, you're not a virgin? What a surprise.
Its not wrong to wait til you are comfortable with the notion of sex, and all that it entails. For women it's a much more complex decision than it is for most men, unfortunately.
Your choice of words was very telling, breaking yourself in, makes you sound like a horse or a car, certainly not the sort of guy most girls would want to choose for one of the most important and defining moments in there life.

Nothing wrong with being a virgin after 18. Just shows that you haven't felt like doing it yet. No point rushing it just to satisfy others in your clique or fit in among a stereotyped society. Anyway, sex should be about satisfying yourself too, right?

Its not sad to be a virgin. You have to do it when you fell prepared and ready, not only because fashion, or friends who have already done it said so. If they still are virgins at that age, good for them, and if not, ok too.Im not a virgin either but I would've liked to wate a lil longer.

I dont think its wrong, will it make you a loser, yeah probably, but it shouldnt be looked down upon. unfortunately, I am not one of those lucky guys who could treat girls like trash, f*ck 'em the first time we meet, and never talk to them again, and STILL have them calling me everyday. I have a friend like that, sonofa...
i've had a few "serious" relationships (any relationship before your 25 is a joke, but mine had some substance at least) and only two of them I have had sex with.
I regret nothing but NOT GETTING MORE.
now, after 21, you find its alot harder to find easy, foolish girls. and if your not $$$, or have a tool the size of a baseball bat, you might as well go home and jackoff.

its ok to be a virgin after 18- some people wait til they're married- it all depends on how they feel about the subject. but if they have had opputunities and didn't use the oppurtunities, then it is sad

I totally disagree......sex is so much better when you are in love and ready for it and not just doing it because its sad to be a virgin after 18.
