So i've noticed that . . my boyfriend loves my ears. And he loves his own ears. And i've talked to others too . . . and heard similar! What is is with guys and ears? lol i'm just dying to know . . and silly as it sounds.

They're soft and fleshy and have very active nerve endings ... what's not to love?
I mean. I don't know what you mean by "love" for certain. I don't love ears just for the sake of being ears. They look fine, although like almost anything on the human body they look strange if you really stare at them in-depth. What I'm trying to say is I'm not going to be making my desktop background a picture of anyone's ears anytime soon.
HOWEVER, I very much enjoy being kissed and/or suckled on the ear, I find it very erotic. And I also enjoy kissing and sucking on my girlfriend's ears. In that sense, I do love ears.
Don't know if this shed some light for you or not, but I had fun.

I think its because theyre really sensitive, and it gives a nice sensation. Guys like their ears nibbled too sometimes!

I love to kiss/nibble/lick a girls ear...as far as I can tell it is wired directly to their coochy (haha)...but I could care less about my own ears, that sounds weird...

If someone finds them to be sensitive and erotic spots, they tend to focus on them on their partner.
Clearly, having his ears nibbled does far more for your boyfriend than it does for you.
Nibble his ears and play with them, knowing that you're doing something he enjoys.
When he goes after your ears, quietly say, "oh hon, that doesn't do much for me, do THIS instead!" and direct him to something that you DO enjoy.

It's not silly. I have insured my husband's ears already.
it is very sensitive part of the body, and men in real life should take care of them, clear them often, so they can hear our emotions, complains and frustrations!

I guess it would depend on what he is doing to your ears.
I for one HATE to have someones tounge in my ear.. ugh.. turn off.. but the sounds and stuff are nice so.. thats with ears also..
