We are all born condemned because of original sin. You do have the power to continue this condemnation if you refuse to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior and if you desire to continue to live your life your own way. Acceptance of Jesus changes all this because you are then covered in the blood and God does not see your sin. When he looks at a person covered in the blood he see only perfection because the blood of Jesus is perfection.

Exactly. He who rejects the love of God has condemned himself(or herself) already. But we can pray for people.
