If you're talking about your bottom, then say so - it's not a swear-word AND you're in the health section. Now, as to your question, assuming you're not trying to be filthy, a pain down/round there for no apparent reason is obviously something that you need to check out with your GP.

apparently so but, some lube and being gentle may help. if he's gonna be like a bull in a china shop, then to right it'll hurt. its normal to be scared. isn't always when you try something new

The back door as you so nicely put it, is a one way system. If that hole was made for doing such things then why do women exsist? I think it's wrong and should only be for pooping as it is a poop hole.
