1) Give people blank Bingo cards and allow them to look at the wrapped packages (no touching). Have each person write down their guesses of what might be in the packages on each of the squares of their Bingo card. As the bride opens packages, people get to mark their Bingo cards. Give away prizes as people start to yell out "Bingo."
2) Break your guests up into teams, and give them each a roll of toilet paper. Have each team design a wedding dress out of toilet paper for a member of their team to wear. The bride then gets to choose which dress she likes the best, and the members of that team win prizes.
These are two games I have played at friends' bridal showers. But, here are some websites that contain many more ideas.

Games at a bridal shower are no longer a necessity, so it is best to ask the bride for her preference. Most brides have a very strong opinion about whether or not they want games to be played at the shower, so make sure you've checked (you know how brides get...)
If your bride wants games, here are a few fun ones:
Who Knows the Couple?
Make a questionnaire with questions about the couple and their relationship (how long have they been together, when was their first date, etc). Everyone fills one out and the most right wins.
Clothes Pin Game
Everyone is given a clothes pin when they enter the shower. Select a predetermined wedding word (such a Bride or the Groom's Name) and whenever a guest says the taboo word, the quickest person to notice takes their clothes pin. The most clothes pins at the end wins.
The Purse Game
It's a classic. Make up a list with point values of items that could be in a purse (lip stick, atm card, pictures) and award points based on how many of each item is in everyones purse. The person with the most points or the most predetermined items wins.
Recipe Cards
It's not a game, but it's a great idea: With the invitations, send a recipe card. Ask each guest to bring their husband, brother, or sons favorite recipe. Put them all in a book to give the bride as a keepsake and a sure-fire recipe book.
Hope these ideas help you -- remember to talk to your bride first!

There are quite a few cute ones. 1 is where you lay 25 small baby items(diaper pin, pacifier, nail clippers,) on a cookie sheet and you lay it out where everyone can look at it for about 2 minutes. Then you take it away and see how many they can remember and they write them down on a paper the person with the most correct answer gets a small prize. Another is where You take a sentence or phrase such as "Baby boys and girls" And see how many baby items they can make out of the letter. (Example Bib) The person with the most in an alotted time wins. But you need to do it first to make sure there are enough items to make it a good game. You can also go on line I think to baby shower games and it will list some. Good luck and congrats. Oops sorry I thought it was baby these games still work for bridal showers

When planning showers, I always passed this one up, but someone else used it at a shower I attended, and I will certainly use it from now on.
Fill a large bowl with dry white rice and dump in a bunch of safety pins. Mix it around. At the shower, you give each person 15 or so seconds to pick out as many of the pins that they can, but their eyes have to be closed! You'd be surprised how hard this is! The winner, of course, is the one who found the most pins!

there are lots of stupid silly games to play at showers, here are a couple ideas:
get out a tray and fill with different items usually 10-15 items, such as a fake diamond ring, pot holders, condoms(depending on your guests!), just various things around the house a new wife will be using. let the guests see the tray for a set time say 10-15 seconds each, hide it and have guests write down as many as they can remember.
if the guests are age appropriate you could also invest in some vibrating panties with a remote control and make the bride to be wear them the entire party zapping her everytime she laughs, gets up and so on, everyone will pee their pants laughing with her of course!

At my shower, the tables were set in groups of four to six. Each table received a little book my mother made. Each page of the book said something like "Pass me to the person who is oldest", etc. The book was passed to a different person with each page, and the people got to know each other a little in the process. At the end, the people left holding the book each won a prize.
Email me if you want to do this, and I'll send you an e-copy of the book.

at one of my bridal showers, we played a game where you had to fill in the blanks of a "love letter" to my fiancé using every day household cleaners and products (joy, all, cheer, etc). it was really fun and a good way to see how much people knew about taking care of their house.

My sister had a shower for me and my fiance because my fiance lives out of town, and a lot of my girlfriends didn´t know him well.
She played a Q&A game about how much the attendees knew the bride and groom. It was great for them to learn a lot more-especially about him.

Designate a person to write down things that the bride says as she's opening her gifts. It will be things like, "Oooh, these are so soft!" and "It smells great!"
Then have someone say, "This is what the bride will say on her wedding night," and read off all the things she said while opening her gifts. It's usually very funny!

Word Twist -- take the bride and groom's first names on a piece of paper, hand them out to guests with pencils, and the person who can make the most words out of their names within two minutes gets the prize. If they have really short first names use first and last names.
