so how do you use the azzan in my country they use speaker and amplifier

Muslims did not need to do and do not need to do what Christians do. If any other religion wishes to ring a bell that is their method. Our azaan - (call to prayer) is the way to inform the Muslims that it's time to pray.
We do not need to have a speaker or amplifier to call out the azaan.

What bell you are talking about ? There were no "bells" at that time. He used azaan (call for prayer).
