Yeah grats to the Irish and Scots. Who would have thought Irish would be voted the sexiest accent? My personal favorite is French though, it's just real sexy to me.

Never heard that one, but I once got a wrong number call when living in Paris and he found my French accent sexy. He asked me what I was doing in the evening. Regrettably I had to tell him I would be cooking dinner for my husband and two children. Oh! those missed opportunities!

I'm french, married to an american man for 17 years so have picked up some of his southern slang but we have lived in the UK for the past 4 years. People don't recognise the female INSPECTOR CLOUSEAU in me but find my accent unusual and nice.
I cannot be the judge of that but i can say i find the british accent a beautiful one.

I do like the Scottish accent ,too.
When I worked in London, I asked my manager what accent a certain girl I`d heard had, cos I thought it was beautiful.
She said Scottish.
Ironically the manager was Scotch herself, but the 2 women sounded different. (Must be diff. dialects)
