Are you using any type of facial cleasner or toner on your face? If you are using some sort of product on your face and if you are getting it on your eyebrows that can be the cause of it. It is like putting peroxide or alcohol in your hair, it will lighten it.

Its either some type of acne medicine or the sun. My sister used some Clearasil Ultra spot treatment and she got some on her eyebrows and the end of her eyebrow was slightly lighter. haha it was hilarious.
