The ones that aren't raved on about by skinny size zero celebs who you know really just have eating disorders... the disorder being lack of! So forget anything with a silly name and just stick to plain old healthy eating, but to lose weight you need to calorie and fat monitor your diet and is good to ensure you get all your required daily nutrients otherwise your body wont function in the way you want it to and will store anything eaten as fat. A good online diet diary I use is http://www.nutridiary.com/start.asp and it's free! Try it, I have never found something so useful in my life! But one of the important factors to losing weight this way is organising what you eat and when. To boost weight loss obviously exercising for 30 mins 3 times a week wont go a miss (cardio) and if you want to raise your metabolism try weight training to increase muscle mass as muscle burns more calories than fat does! I personally love low carb, cause you lose quick. BUT I love carbs.. so I just started eating a high protein/high fiber moderate carb diet, and from there I lost tons without feeling hungry or deprived. I try to eat about 100 grms of protein and carbs a day, and eat around 25 grams of fiber. It works for me.

weight watchers was recommended to me by my doctor. It is the best one around. I lost 40 lbs in 10 months, (but I had a cheat day once a week)

The best way to lose weight is through exercise... try having a little fella workout tonight. I'm pretty sure you're gorgeous just the way you are anyway.
