She asked for my number and violated invasion of privacy. Granted, I am rich, handsome and woman's dream. But still, it's less classy for her to ask for my number.

Asking for your number should be considered a form of flattery to you, although you may be rich, handsome and all that jazz, some people take situations like this as simple as they are. Suing the woman would is more than likely to possible but if you are so offended by this why wouldn't you confront her at the moment? Why waste a good judges time on a case like that when they could be putting REAL criminals in jail. What would you expect from the woman, money? If you are rich what is the need to sue? If you are handsome why aren't you covered in super models? If you were, the woman wouldn't have approached you.
Did you give the woman your number? If you did than you volunteered the information, she couldn't be guilty of invasion if you don't give it out.

I hope that the next encounter with a woman isn't so dramatic for you.

Good Luck! :)

It isn't violating invasion of privacy for her to ask. You can always tell her no. It would be invasion of privacy if she took your phone and looked it up.

Asking for your number didn't violate your privacy unless you gave it to her. I don't give my number out to men that I meet that I don't want to talk to and that's why I ask for theirs instead. It ends up in the trash can anyway!

P.S. And who says I am interested in you? I just wanted the 2 pts.

Did you give her your number? If not then how did she invade your privacy? That is absurd! If you were so dead set against that then don't put yourself out there. Your attitude lacks in respect for others. I personally would not look for someone like you no matter what you looked like . Nor would how much money you have influence me.

I checked out your profile questions - LAWYER my butt!! First of all, if you were a lawyer, you would know the answer to that questions. Secondly, whats a lawyer doing with "girls" and not women, Thirdly, all of your questions have some kind of gramatical error or are asked in a childish way. You aint right pal!
