This is a pretty even matchup and would have been a good fight. I believe that Doke's handspeed would be the difference in this fight and he would win the decision. Godd question.

Dokes takes this match-up via UD based on superior skill and hand speed. Larry Holmes was quoted once as saying;

And Pinklon was nowhere near the fighter that Larry Holmes was.
