The money still belongs to the armored car company and since you know where it belongs it is the same as stealing (both morally and legally).
So I would give it back.
P.S.
You'd start bragging around town and a "friend" would get jealous and turn you into the armored car company for a reward. Now that would be a good ending.

It's very easy to say you'll take the money, and it's like the "knee-jerk" reaction thing to say.
If I was behind the truck, and a bag landed in my convertible maybe I would keep going, but I would not park on the side of the street and start acting like a desperate animal. LOL

Never mind that it is THEFT, but go ahead, enjoy yourself... until the cops pull up.
Armored cars have rear-vision cameras, so they'd actually have a video record of it. In addition, money bags can't just roll out.

I'd get the driver's attention.
I'd stop and help direct traffic away from the truck.
I'd return any money or bags that landed near me. It isn't mine.
