I believe in the power of positive energy and in prayer. I want to pray that my love forgives me and comes back to me.

Praying for forgiveness is the first step, asking that God's will be done, is the second step.
So, in other words, you ask that the Lord will forgive you for whatever it is you feel you have done wrong, than in the same prayer ask that God's Will Be Done.
The thrid step here would be to ask the individual you hurt to forgive you.
If nothing else, you will have achieved some inner peace knowing you at least took the necessary steps.
Good Luck

This happened to me! I prayed that God would bring back someone that I thought I was in love with an after 2 years he did show up again wanting me back. But then I could see him clearly and was not blinded by love or lust anymore and so I was able to give the relationship closure. We are now good friends and I am free from my past obsession that he was the one. God knows what I need and this man was not the one.

yes we can pray for these things, but if it isn't in the other person's free will to do so it will never happen. as god does not interfere with a persons free will. but we should always pray for the things we want, but all prayers are not answered, if it isn't in the will of god.

All things are possible for God and prayer made with the proper and humble intention moves the heart of God to respond as only He knows best,He would not coerce someone to do what is against their will, both parties would have to truly want to be reunited and God would remove the obstacles for this to happen thru prayer.

I always prayed for God's will. I think it would be OK, but first imagine the healing that would need to take place before you could have a healthy relationship.

Have you asked the person for their forgiveness? Prayer is great but, in this case, you also have to follow it up with acts

You can ask him directly to forgive you and then it's up to him.
