Primarily because I feel no connection with him. I can appreciate what he said, especially the Sermon on the Mount, but an emotional connection was never there. I believe that different religions can be right for different people, not everyone looks the same, acts the same or values the same things, so why would one religion work for everyone?

christ? crists mother had sex to have him....there was no imaculate conception christ may have been a wonderful man but he was no god it just doesnt make sence to me and the bible is a book of fairy tales if you ask me you dont need a god in your life to live a moral life personally i follow the godess

That would be my disbelief that he was the son of the myth called god. I'm sure he was a perfectly nice man (assuming he did actually exist), but he's no messiah.

My mother, she an atheist, but i have chosen to believe, in the Lord. I don't understand why so many people you knock you down if you believe, and people knock u down if you don't, i say believe what u want, you not hurting my chances of getting into heaven your only hurting yours. I except people for how they treat me, not what they believe in.

You can't love someone that's not there. Plus even if he was, we would probably not be friends because I'd think he was insane and stay away from him. He'd be pretty hard to love.
