If there is no actual physical obstruction then it falls into a specific category of disease within traditional chinese medicine called "plum stone throat" which the chinese have been successfully treating for thousands of years.

Try acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine- in particular a remedy called ban xia hou po tang is excellent. Good Luck!

u may need pepcid ac,
drink some vinegar warm water to clear esophagus
