It's called orthostatic hypotension.
It means your blood pressure drops with positional changes.
Many young women have low BP to begin with.
Go from laying down to sitting beside, sit for a minute, then slowly stand up & you shouldnt get dizzy anymore.

Sugar level could still be low as its not about changes in your diet, its changes in your body I think that can knock that off balance. If you go to the doctors they will be able to go through the symptoms with you and probably give you a sugar level test and/or diabetes test. They will check your blood and also, not wishing to alarm you and please remember that I am not in any way a medical professional, brain tuma's can have an effect on things like coordination, balance, dizzyness etc. Now that is worst case cenario however knowlege is power. Honestly though I would go to the doctors if you can. Oh and not sure so someone else may be able to confirm but it could also be a sympton of being pregnant.

Does it happen all the time? Could it be an inner ear infection? Try an over the counter motion sickness pill like Bonine. I wake up often with a grogginess and things feel fuzzy if I move to quick I get dizzy. I have high blood pressure. I try to get all the sleep my body wants (atleast 8-9 hours) and I use a medicine called Antivert. the Bonine is a generic over the counter version of this. I love it and its affordable without insurance non addicting and not bad for you and just asking the doctor he writes the prescription. Try the Bonine first!

Have experienced this. I found it was a lack of food or fluid intake and that I was fine if I drank a glass of juice or ate.

When you think about it, the average person does not eat between dinner and breakfast, we are talking roughly 12 hours without food. If you have a glass of water before bed, there is 6 to 8 hours until your next glass of water.

U need to elevate your head at night, it would help, and
put a towel in the neck groove area.
Get up slowly instead of fast.
strawberries are good for dizzy.
It may just be dry air, boil some steam, pinch of salt.
