Yes. I have. And i also used Hydroxicut when it first hit the market and had Ephedrine on it. That's about the only time it worked..and I payed a hefty price. Heart palpitations, and all of that..I was only 17. The diet pills on the market now, "work" based on BS herbs, who's properties are dubious. It is more like a placebo, to fool people into thinking it's working, therefore fool their bodies..Hence, for some it works that way..that is, until they stop taking them. I suggest you try to excercise for 30-45 minutes, at least 4 times a week. Don't alter your diet much if you eat normally, that is, no junk food or overprocessed goodies and no candy. I promise excersise is the best diet pill! It will jumpstart your metabolism and you'll shed weight while you get healthier and more energetic. (For weight loss i suggest aerobic excerises such as running, cycling, swimming, dancing, tennis, etc). Good luck and stay healthy!

I've heard that after you go off of them, you're metabolism actually slows down to slower than before you started the pills. My local news did a feature story on them.

Those things don't work. Talk to a dietrician about what is the best way for you to loose weight.
