I dont understand why nice guys dont ask me out?I am a really nice but also really shy person (low key) i am described as cute looking or pretty i am in good shape and have a decent body 5 ft 6 110 pounds.I am not a sl*t and i dont act or dress like one.But i attract possesive, controling,often have a macho personality, ultra confident, outgoing and manupulative type of guys and i dont understand why?

That seems to happen a lot. There is usually a "giver" and a "taker" in a relationship. It's very seldom a 50/50 deal. Seems like when two "nice" people get together it's a "I don't know...what do YOU wanna do" situation a lot. :-) Both are afraid of taking charge of the situation in fear of offending the other.
Be strong and don't let the manipulative guys get to you. You will find the type of guy you like and when you do... .don't be afraid of asking him out. Nice guys like a woman to be a little assertive. Give it a shot.
