I know i can click and save it but I want an actual photograph - Id like to blow it up to poster size and the current picture can't be the dpi/pixels are too low

I saw the photo was taken by Enrico Pajello/Handout/Reuters.
Maybe on the Reuters website you can find a customer service contact or directly the photographer's contact information.

Just right click the picture and click print....

You do not need permission to do so.... To print a picture and then try to make money off of it is a different story....

To me, a picture is the same as copying a receipe off the internet...

To say someone is going to take you to court for printing a picture is redicious....

If you are referring to the skeletons that are on the page, just right click on it and pick "save image as" and pick what folder you want to save it in. Then go get it after you saved it.
