I do not operate on the basis of 'belief'. I accept the best explanation available based on the available data.
According to those data, your #2 is most likely true.

Evolution of species is a fact, there are many credible theories and evidence for abiogenesis, and while the big bang is plausible I believe the universe has always existed rather than come into being when a super condensed particle of energy and matter exploded. I should just point out that scientists can't yet prove the universe had a starting point because that requires a theory of quantum gravity so big bang theory can rightly be challenged.

I believe in #3, though I don't believe God formed the universe within seven literal days.
#2 made sense to me back then, but chances of that happening without a Higher Being is akin to monkeys pounding on typewriters long enough to produce the complete literary works of Shakespeare. Or, lemme put it another way: The odds of the formation of life from lifeless chemicals in the primordial sea is similar to throwing pieces of paper with ABC's on them in the air and forming cohesive sentences when they land on the ground.

2, possibly 3 when I get my personal beliefs worked out. Still not sure and I've been working on it now for 15 years- outlook for tomorrow isn't good either. Evolution is fact, only point up for consideration is the role of God in it.

Dear Friend,
The Bible teaches us that god created the Universe, (the big bang may have actually occurred , but maybe was initiated by God)
Consider this, Look at how perfect your hand is for its job
Look how your eye is made perfectly to see.
Your body is a design, and by definition the design must have a designer, just as a clock has, or the computer you are using.
Is your brain not 1,000,000 times more powerful than a computer?
Are your eyes not a masterpiece of design.
How can any of this have been an accident of evolution?
Let us not forget that it is called the THEORY of Evolution, and that is all it is!
For our amazing bodies are not a chemical accident, but are a design implemented by the most amazing designer in the universe. The Lord our God.
God Bless

(#1. - #5.)
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
