Do kids lose all their milk teeth? When is it all over?
Is 11 too old, or does it go on longer?
What about wisdom teeth?

My son is 6 and he is losing his milk teeth at the moment

It all depends on the child. My first child lost his first baby tooth at 5, my second child is almost 7 and still has very solid milk teeth !
Some people still have milk teeth in their 20's or 30's , wisdom teeth don't generally appear until late teens, and don't generally fall out, however a lot of people do get problems with them and have to have them extracted ,
I wouldn't worry, 11 is not too old to still have milk teeth, there is no set age really .

There is no right or wrong time to loose milk teeth. The average is about 5-6 but some people don't loose their milk teeth ever as they have the teeth underneath missing. Wisdom teeth usually errupt between 17-30.

It is different for each child, but some boys can have baby teeth as old as 13 or 14. If you have any concerns if is best to get it check out by a dentist they can take x-rays if they feel it is needed.
Wisdom teeth if you have them come between 18-25 but again they follow no rules.

average age to start losing baby teeth is 5/6 yrs old, generally they are all gone by time they are 12 but eveyone is different, some people even retain some of them for example if they have a congenically missing permanant tooth or a tooth that doesnt errupt, im a dental nurse and have seen patients in their 40's with a baby tooth present.

short answer is there are average ages but every one is different!

It is rather late but it's nothing to worry about. Maybe you just don't have another tooth coming down to push that tooth out. If it's bothering you go to the dentist and they will give you an x-ray to see whats going on. I'm 18 and still have ALL of my baby teeth. :)
