I personally play at full tilt and doyle's room everyday.
my boyfriend plays on ultimatebet and fullcontact.
I am from michigan and have never had a problem making a real money deposit at any of them.
I use my debit card and my boyfriend uses epassporte. They are both instant. Epassporte does charge $5 to transfer.

Fulltilt still accepts Us customers, as do many other sites. Funding them is trickier.
Most debit cards work. Sending them a check works. And western Union works.

Full Tilt recently added MyWebATM to their deposit options, and they do accept transactions from US customers. I have not personally tried this yet, but likely will soon.

Mansion poker or Bodog poker.
There will be more as soon as they have their own ATM credit cards. This evades the banking issue.
