It's called a Welsh corgi. Depending on how well bred it is, it could range from $300 (from a backyard breeder) to $1000 (a show breeder). A pet store probably has them priced somewhere in between, on the high end. However, CAUTION, petstores buy their puppies from puppymills and unethical breeders. Most dogs are in very poor health and have no concept of being housebroken. They are brought up pooping their crate, so it's difficult to crate train them. Also many lack a nutritious diet and in turn eat their feces. This and the pooping in the crate are 2 behaviors that are very difficult to break. I would never suggest anyone to buy a puppy from a petstore (unless it's the humane society sponsoring it or something). You should look in your local paper and online before going back to that petstore. The dogs are overpriced and you end up paying more for their health problems. It would be better to invest the same amount of money in a well-bred dog from an ethical and reputable breeder.
