If everything is working out ol then I guess you have nothing to worry about. However, getting involved with an employee can cause major problems in the workplace for both of you. Other employees may start to resent your relationship and feel that one person is being treated differently from the others. As long as you keep your relationship out of the workplace, you will have a lot fewer problems.

Wow...Well, theres one thing about your question because you said that you slept with him and people ask you..Obviously you told people or the guy did. And if you guys were trying to make it discreet then obviously the guy doesn't. That makes it awkward. I think I had a job where you were not suppose to fraternize with your subordinates and that would be a case of sexual harassment. However, if either you or him has a "loose" mouth then you can see each other..outside of work of course. If no one tells then no one will get in trouble.
Seems to me like it's just a fling..If it's serious pursue it, if not and you just want a sex buddy..go for it.

Well first
How do you KIND OF sleep with some one? you do or don't even oral is sex is having sex
And if your going to sleep with the people you work with (which isn't a good idea) keep your mouth closed about it ....... Doesn't seem to be what you two are doing so why are you asking this stupid question when you already have told the people you work with
Just so you know the people you work with are calling you a whore they my seem friendly to your face but behind your back is a totally different story
I am guessing when he starts sleeping with someone else (and he will) you will fire him..........good call boss

Yup Work & fun don't mix…unless you're a clown.” - Jake the Dog (Adventure Time) Wise words from a Dog, but serious I got fired once because I was constantly flirting with a girl I liked at work. She’s my girlfriend now lol.

Sexual harassment might ring a bell, it works both ways. Not only bad but could be costly! You could be personally sued, loose your job, and only be hired on a ground level ever again. For goodness sakes don't fire him,
but if you can ask for a transfer. He could start slacking off at work, or even start blackmailing you for a raise, or worse yet, start to expect sex from you.

Actually you shouldn't flirt with him at work because it's unprofessional and if anyone with higher position finds out it could possible become a problem if he/she feels that it's distracting you, him, or anyone else.

its too dangerous to date an employee --- harassment charges are so easy to lay but difficult to disprove --- as a work colleague then it may be ok but even so its still open to problems --- its best to keep all romantic or sexual liaisons out of the office

yes because you could loose your job, or he could. If anything bad would happen, say you had an argument with him for some reason, he just may come back and say sexual harassment.
It depends. what do you value more, your job or him?
if you carry on a relationship with him one of you will have to quit or be transfered.

How can you "kind of" sleep with someone? Either you did or you didn't. If he does like you and you are going around telling people you didn't then this is a mixed message. If you like him then why not be honest?
