My uncle has stomach aches,indigestion,feels giddy frequently.Can this be related to acidity,if so are there any good medicine,treatment for this?

Sure, go to the grocery store or dollar general and get some
acid reducers or pepcid ac.
take this if u take aspirin or advil to help with them stomach problems.\
eat an apple a day will help also

What do you mean "feels giddy"? This is not related to stomach acid. I would suggest something over the counter like tums first, if no success go to a doctor.

in the morning, first of all, drink a lot of water as you can do. try little hot water. now do vomiting untill you feel with empty stomach. again drink water as you can do and do vomiting again. take light food at this day. you should keep drinking hot water after 20 minute of every meal just like a cup of tea.
