Try the new Chima Steakhouse in the Tower club building. it is new, so the service and food will still be top notch.

Two of the best restaurants in the Washington area can be found around Tysons Corner, they are Maestro and 2941. Neither is cheap, but the meals are unforgettable. Maestro is an Italian restaurant in the Ritz Carlton, and 2941 is a French inspired restaurant. Another option is Colvin Run Tavern.

If you like Indian restaurants, check out my blog and reviews on Tandoori Tipster (http://www.castroturf.com/indianfood/) which provides tons of information about many (most) of the Indian restaurants in Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia. We have information on the food, pricing, decor, and parking. Reviews include restaurants in Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Vienna. For example, Bombay Tandoor near Tyson's Corner has great food and is large enough for a small group, but the atmosphere is a little plain but very pleasant.

Check out 2941 in Falls Church. I used to live right by there and thought it was the best restaurant in the entire DC area.
But I don't think it's really French as the earlier answer says.
There is a great restaurant near Dulles Airport in historic Herndon called Russia House.

If you like Sushi, Miyagi, in McLean, is some of the best sushi, and pretty "americanized" in its taste. Their "lasagne rolls" are exceptional! Moderately priced.
The Capital Grille, in Tyson's corner, is also very very good, but medium-expensive. The cuts of meat are incredible. The calamari is Rhode Island style, and you should NOT skip this. The sides are hude, and meant to be shared.

nicely, perhaps they only don't love Spanish, and typically. The dollar menu helps out the wallet plenty. i actually do not inspire MC Donald's yet even as i'm strapped for funds and decide a short bite dollar menu helps a group. it truly is perfect to a plethora of quick nutrition chains. " 99cent 2 tacos at jack interior the field", and the "Whopper Jr" at Burger King, worry-free. Ask any college pupil or intense college pupil. only positioned, its low priced and quick. no matter if there are a determination of taco stands in la, that grant quick Mexican delights for a fare fee. They nevertheless can't compete with the multi-billion dollar chains at each and every 5 blocks of city surrounded. -"may you wana relax together with your associates after college on the starbucks or BK down the line, or connect up at quick Joes Mexican Delights"?
