At birth 35 cm and it Will grow +12 cm.

The second year it should be 3/4 of the adult head which is about 52 cm. So an 18 month old would be in the middle (about 50).

But of course you need a growth chart to see in which percentile he lie and to check IF it is truly big, then is it big due to inherited thing or due to an abnormality. So go see your pediatrician.

Hope for him the best.

its okay i have delt with this!! Follow this and u will be okay i PROMISE. 1. Dont use the shampoo ur child is to little for it. 2. Go buy a fine toothed comb it should be beside the lice shampoo. It should have 2 one for lice and one for the eggs 3.wash there hair really good with regular shampoo and conditioner. While doing this u should have the childs blankets and stuffed animals etc. anything they have laid on basically in the washer. (for things that cannot be washed put them in a trash bag and tie it store this for a month .) 4. comb the childs hair with the fine toothed comb until u arent coming out anymore bugs. MAKE SURE U get all the eggs. 5. Vaccum everything from the carpet to the couch. 6. do this again in 7 days and u should be okay hope i helped i know how hard this is on u i had to deal with it 3 times because of daycare email me with ANY questions.

Hmm, an 18 month year old. For an 18 month-year old, maybe it should be 1 foot inches big.

"One foot inches big." Wow. Aren't you glad now you came here instead of asking a doctor?

Try asking the doctor you take him to every month or so. I mean, you guys don't live in the woods 500 Miles from medicine, right?
