Absolutely. There are many Christians and Muslims in China, and they all celebrate Chinese New Years. It's an official holiday in China, and most people in offices take the entire week off. It's now an entirely secular holiday, with most people associating it with fireworks, eating dinner with extended family and friends, and watching the big Chinese New Years celebration on TV.
