He is single.We were talking heaps and getting along great and then he went a bit quiet for 2 weeks and was deliberately avoiding me. Then we just started talking again and ever since we've been talking and he's been flirting with me. We talk and joke and he is the type of guy who will show off in front of me sometimes or make fun of others in front of me.Lately i've noticed that sometimes when i am talking to him he can't look me in the eye as much as he used to.If he gets the oppurtunity to talk to me he sometimes tries to keep it going but because i am so nervous i walk away and i have also seen him looking at me before .He does little things to get my attention like going to trip me up or teasing me. Do you think he is attracted to me or likes me?

It could be that he likes you, or it could be that he's just looking to be close friends. The fact that he does little things to get your attention sends signals that he is at least a little interested. Sometimes when guys can't look you in the eye, it means that they're being shy around you because they're attracted. Stupid but true. On the other hand, the fact that he avoided you for two weeks sends mixed messages. Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure what the heck he's thinking is to make a move. Ask him out on a casual date and talk to him about what his intentions are. Tell him you're a little confused. Chances are he doesn't realize how much his actions are affecting you.

I cannot be sure with out your age but it sounds as though he is either afraid of commit, or perhaps if you both are younger maybe he is inexperienced and nervous.
Though it sounds like he likes to childishly fool around to flirt, I wouldn't doubt that he lies you. You mentioned that he cannot look you in the eyes which to me means he's afraid or preventing himself so that the relationship doesnt go any further.

Do u like him or love him?if it is true then give smile whenever he see u.If he also give u same smile then definetly he like u or interested in u.The problem with guys are always how to express his feelings,if he realy likes/loves some girl.So try to talk more to him & there are so many indirect way u can find him.

He sounds very immature...... making fun of people is a red flag, and tripping & teasing is immature. Are you sure you want this type of guy? You sound more mature than that.

It sounds to me like he is in it for the chase. Some people (men and women) like the hunt, but once they catch their prey they don't know how to skin it - if you know what I mean.
Try talking to him about what you want and his expectations. There is no sense playing games unless that is what you are in to. What have you got to lose?

if he can't look u in the eye, it may mean he is hiding something from u. he seems hot and cold, because he already has someone and may be weighing the consequences of his actions. yes i do think he is attracted buy most likely has someone else in his life.
