I personally do not like Curves. I think it's too small and the machines aren't as great as a normal gym's. But you need to go where you feel the best :) And where you like the most!

do gym cause Set will b cheaper; i have recently lost 47 lbs i spent money on diet supplements( but i have learned i have to change my mind set and habits) the one constant is my work and portion control out when i ha a member ship w/ ballys i felt weird i did not have tra-sheek gear and all i wanted to do was work out, so just join a gym and work hard cause if u have a deficit in money, a gym is cheaper and less intimidating.
