Of course express it in style...............that's what girls like.As I understand u send her cards ......

If its just liking then keep your relationship just till that, that way you would increase your respect in her eyes but if you are serious about her then tell her so and never take undue advantage of the fact that she does love u too or just finds in you a good friend.
And before approaching her for physical intimacy think twice lest you later find that you were just infatuated by her and that you no longer want to commit anything to her as in the whole process u may just end up losing a good friend which you once found in her to like her so very much as you do at present.

You should tell her how you feel. And yes it is a great time for Valentine's Day to ask her out. Or send some flowers to her with a note to let her know you like her. If you don't tell her soon she may move on. Don't be too late.
