Difficult to understand just what you are saying, but if you took out a loan with an off shore bank failed to keep up payments and defaulted on guaranteed cheques of £5,000. The bank has every right to come after you. If you raised the cheques knowing that you would not be able to meet them, then that is fraud. It goes from a civil matter to a police case.

Pay up - if you take out a loan you pay it back. Who do expect to cover it for you? Well, it's us innocent people at the moment and we don't like it.
Don't borrow money you can't afford to pay back!

Indeed yes.

I hope they suceed in recovering my money, I didn't put it in natwest for you to steal it.

Judging by your only other question on this site i think you've had plenty of warning they were going to sue you. I hope the book is big and heavy.

....although you appear to have moved 8,000 miles since your last question
