just wandering these celebs are supposed to be a size nought, i watch american programmes and they say they lost weight and they are a size 4, just wandering if anybody knew what my size was

it is ment to be 2 sizes smaller but i was just in america and im a size 12 uk and i was a size 4 there (i was so pleased) so im not sure if it does work that way

American sizes aren't accurate. Our old size 8 from the 50s is now about a size 4. It's all flattery to lure the consumers in. It works, too! But if the real conversions worked, you'd be an 8. As it is, I'd bet you would be smaller.

UK size 12 is a US size 8. Generally, whatever the UK size, subtract 4 for the US.
