I would avoid it at all costs.
If the relationship goes bad and you still have to see this person every day and/or be their boss, things could get sticky.
There are so many other fish in the see. Avoid the workplace romance is the best advice!

No that is a big no no. If u get involved with an employee and it does not work u will have 2 see this person everyday. U don't know how it will end if it ends all messed up or if it ends good but u should never take a chance.

Like if you're an employer and you're in love with one of your employee? Well, that's normal why wouldn't you? Are you afraid what the others employee have to say something about you or him/her? Don't listen to the other people, you're probably and obviously know well of this employee and maybe ask if they want to go out and have a dinner?
(I don't know about the dinner thingy, I'm 15 =P)

It's going to be hard to do a co-worker relationship, but if you are truly in love with this person go for it, you only live once, and even if something bad happens, like a breakup, just remember, it is better to have loved and lost, then to never to have loved at all.

Why not ? Love is a feeling we can not control. You just have to see that if he deserves you love. And as his employer ... i think you know him preety good.

it all depends on the work environment, as long as you can stay proffesional at work and you both realize the consequences of any actions seen by others...
