Depression
Depression can be relieved by patiently meditating on God's Word and expecting Him to act. It's in the Bible, Psalm 42:6, TLB. "Yet I am standing here depressed and gloomy, but I will meditate upon Your kindness to this lovely land where the Jordan River flows and where Mount Hermon and Mount Mizar stand."
Prayer is a key to handling depression. It's in the Bible, I Samuel 1:10, NIV. "In bitterness of soul Hannah wept much and prayed to the Lord."
It is useful to count your blessings. It's in the Bible, Psalm 107:8-9, TLB. "Oh, that these men would praise the Lord for His loving kindness, and for all of His wonderful deeds! For He satisfies the thirsty soul and fills the hungry soul with good."
Praise can chase away depression. It's in the Bible, Psalm 34:1-3, TLB. "I will praise the Lord no matter what happens, I will constantly speak of His glories and grace. I will boast of all His kindness to me. Let all who are discouraged take heart. Let us praise the Lord together, and exalt His name."
Christian music can help dispel depression. It's in the Bible, Psalm 33:1-3, TLB. "Let all the joys of the godly well up in praise to the Lord, for it is right to praise Him. Play joyous melodies of praise upon the lyre and on the harp. Compose new songs of praise to Him, accompanied skillfully on the harp; sing joyfully."
Feeling depressed and discouraged doesn't last forever. It's in the Bible, Psalm 30:5, TLB. "Weeping may go on all night, but in the morning there is joy."
Keeping God's law can help bring peace to one who is depressed. It's in the Bible, Psalms 119:165, NIV. "Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble."

Empathy, or “fellow feeling,” is an effort to identify emotionally with another. (1Â Peter 3:8) Realize that the depressed person really hurts. His distress is real and not feigned. “Weep with people who weep,” advised the apostle Paul. (Romans 12:15) In other words, try to understand the pain the depressed one feels.
To restore his self-esteem, you must appeal to the person’s reason. Ever so gently, help him see that his low assessment of himself is incorrect. But simply giving him a stirring speech, telling him that he is ‘a great person,’ is not the answer. “He that is removing a garment on a cold day is as vinegar upon alkali and as a singer with songs upon a gloomy heart,” observes Proverbs 25:20. Such shallow efforts leave a depressed one emotionally cold and irritated, since they rarely address the reasons why that one feels worthless.
For instance, a depressed person may say: ‘I feel that I’m just no good and that I’ll never be worth anything.’ You could in a nonchallenging manner ask: ‘Can you tell me why you feel that way?’ As he begins to explain, listen carefully. Such close attention assures him that what he is saying is worth while. As he opens up, you will be able to ask further questions to help him identify and correct the reasonings that can cause depression
Prayer and a Relationship with God
“The only thing that kept me from pulling the trigger and ending it all,” confessed one mother suffering with major depression, “was the relationship I had with God. I had the gun in my hand, and at that moment Jehovah God really helped me to put it away.” Yes, this woman found strength “beyond what is normal” to endure until her condition responded to medical treatment. She had developed real faith through her study of the Bible and attendance at Christian meetings where she found real friends. This faith saved her life.—2Â Cor. 4:7, 8; Phil. 4:13.

I don't want to just list more verses. Those are good though. Have you tried talking to her to know more specifically what is affecting her mood?
It's an old saying, but true for more than just evangelizing...
"you need to know WHERE the fish are, and WHAT they'll eat before you can catch them."
Draw her attention to inspirational stories of some of the children or women in the Bible. Engage her imagination. It works great in Children's Sunday School.

12Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
- I like this verse. I'm 15 and It's good to know that God encourages me to set a good example. :)

Here are a few. I don't know if I understood you right, I hope so.
If not, you can more help in a good concordance such as the Strong's Concordance (Greek and Hebrew) and KJV. It really helps me with my children. They even turn to it along with the Bible to help them with answers.
Pro 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Ecc 12:1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them.
Eze 16:60 Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.
1Ti 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
1Ti 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
Mar 6:50 For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.
Jhn 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Psa 34:18 The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God [are] a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
Psa 147:3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
Pro 17:22 A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
God bless and you are in my prayers.

God says she is "fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:14
God has everything about her written in His book Psalm 139:16
God knows everything that has happened to her and if she'll share it with you she can begin to get better. As long as she holds it in she will fester with bitterness, resentment, self-hatred, etc.
Pray with her and teach her to pray. Pray for her friends who have depressed her and ask God to change their minds and hearts toward her.
