Things could be way worse. Like with me for instance. I am sitting here at work wondering how my mom's surgery is going, she only has 50% chance of survival and I am really scared and worried.

Take a deep breath and then go take a nap or read a good book. Try to relax. It could be worse. When ever it seems like things are going down hill for me I sit down and make a list of things that could be doing worse. Like your mom or pops didn't have to wake up this morning but they did. Or you could have broken your hand but instead it was just the finger. Don't worry about the cousin. Also the pain meds they gave you for your broken finger could cause you to behave differently.
I will say a prayer for you. But don't worry everything will be ok.

Wow, that sucks! Just take a deep breath and tomorrow will be a new day.

When I have days like that I listen to the song Break Stuff! Or a more relaxing song!

When i have a horrible day, I will just keep to myself, not talk and maybe go for a walk, then go to bed as early as possible. Cheer up!! The day will end sooner than you realised. Tomorrow will be a brand new day.

2 years ago I got a call that a loved one killed herself. By comparison, the day you're having is much better.

I know it seems hard for you, but none of this is permanent, so try to keep it in perspective. You'll be ok.
