I would say Pious VII because he had a wall built around the ghetto in Rome and restricted the Jews to that area (early 1800's).
Just a note: Benedict XIV was a memeber of a group called "Hitler's Youth," but it wasn't by choice... all young men of a certain age were forced to join this group... it was like a pre military indoctrination... telling the boys why what they were doing was important and why it was important to fight for the Third Reich.

They are all equally anti-Semitic. Which is why they turned their back on the holocaust.

I dont know about the one before but the current one looks scarry.
Am not the one that judges based on looks but the man has no air of faith at all..he looks downright scary to me.
Then I found out he used to be Nazi..LOL wat a coincidence.
