trust me it is very good for health

this type of mixture reduces and sends out any improper materials that r present in the body

it reduces body weight because it filters and liquify the fat contents present in the body there by decresing the weight


better results can be seen only after two months

for better action u must take pure honey in the mixture and u must take it immediately after u wake up i.e. before bed coffee

If u r talking about just drinking that and not taking in anything else then yes of course it will reduce your body weight without exercise but this is very, VERY unhealthy way of losing weight. For good advice on healthy dieting have a look at the channel 4 website and click on Supersize v Superskinny. On there it tells you how much of each food type you should have each day to be healthy, lose weight safely and get all the nutrients your body needs for the long term.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Drinking warm water in the morning is very beneficial. If you are planning to reduce weight, exercise,walking,swimming is the best option. There is no short cut for weight loss. Avoid junk food, oily food,sweets. Eat a balanced meal. Never skip the breakfast. Have a light dinner. If you want to have a snack in between, have a fruit.

Water will fill you up.
But the honey's sugar content might make you crash.
On the flip side... honey has been rumored to help with joint stiffness and arthritis.
I am guessing that the lime is for flavor... citric acid might help with system clensing??

I'd skip the honey part. The extra sugar will spike the glucose level in your blood stream. When that drops, you'll feel hungry again.
