Sleep? Meds? I say if it is really serious, consult your doctor about it - or psychiatrist.

Oh.My.Goodness. I have that problem, too! Is it really a problem, or just how we show our love? I dont want to be annoying, but I constantly think about him, he makes me feel so good, everything that goes on in my head, the issues I've been dealing with mentally, he takes them all away with just one word. Now we arent talking anymore, I dont know why, its not because of that, he said he didnt mind. I'm 17 and he's nearly 15. I've loved him since I first saw him 6 years ago. It drove me crazy being without him all that time. Then we start texting a month ago, and everything was perfect when we talked. But hes cared for another giirl for about a year now, and I think shes moving here again, so I'm put off again. I'm going crazy, but I'm not giving up until I know theres nothing I can possibly do to have him. I'm sorry I couldnt help you, but I do know exactly how you feel. Good luck:)

I know exactly what you mean. I second-guess every move I make and analyze every thought to the point of total inaction. And the worst part is, I can't shut it off!
I've never been able to completely gain control over this personality trait of mine, but I do have this little mental routine that I call "sharpening up."
I reach down into my chest (mentally) and "feel" how my heart feels. When I'm worrying and anxious, it feels heavy. I concentrate on this feeling and try to grab hold of it and change it. I try to channel my energy outward instead of inward until my heart feels lighter.
I don't know if this will make sense to anyone else but me. I've never told anyone about it, but try it sometime. If your heart feels heavy when you worry like it does with me, then concentrate hard on stopping this feeling. If you can do this successfully, then you'll find that you can focus better on things.

I have bene diagnosed with OCD. Theres no real way to stop it other than medication. My Obsessive thoughts give me manic attacks. Through time ive learned how to control my thoguht process with logic and truth. And that usually stops the obsessive thought dead in its tracks. Sorry your going through this. I know it aint fun!
