Could you possibly have an allergy to perfume or something of that type?

One of my perfumes makes me sneeze!

Try not to blow your nose too hard as it can eventually cause a ear blockage (catarrh).

Remedy - a nasal spray like vick's which may help if it is mild, if not you may need something stronger.

If it is more complicated then see your doctor..

I had the same problem - due to smoky atmospheres!

Good luck

shake it out try it. Next time your gonna sneeze tense your shoulder muscles and neck and move your head from side to side. Sounds weird but it works.
