i got my lip done last week. and like i have a bar in..labret bar i think(im not to sure) but ne ways its like sinking into my lip. like my lip is starting to go over it. and it hurts like hell. should i change it to a ring or what?

... you need to follow the directions they gave you, clean it constantly until it heals, and for the swelling there are products for that, but ask your emergency doctor...
same thing happened to me two years back I put a bar in my ear and it got infected by poor hygiene.

From your description it looks like it could be an infection. See the person who did the piercing and ask for advice.
