Sounds like she just doesn't want to get up in the morning. Have her go to bed a half hour earlier. Maybe try getting her up 15 minutes earlier to allow for 'wake up' time. If that doesn't help maybe have some upbeat music playing while she's getting dressed. Could be she's just not a morning person and needs a bit of help getting moving.
We had the same problem with our son. He'd get up any other time, but for school he was such a slow poke. I'd have him go to bed a half hour earlier. He ended up just needing a little more sleep. Probably just needed some time to wind down at night before falling asleep.

Have her take a shower at night and set out her own clothes the night before. When she gets up in the morning don't battle with her. Tell her once to eat, get dressed, teeth, and hair. Then leave her be. If she refuses to do these things take her to school the way she is it is time for her to learn the consequences for her own actions. Also maybe you are expecting a bit too much from her do you help her brush her hair and make her breakfast for her or are you just busy getting yourself ready? Maybe she isn't getting enough sleep at night so she is tired in the morning is she getting at least 10 hours of sleep? If you have had the same routine for four years she could also be bored and it obviously isn't working for you so change the routine a bit.

A six year old may not have the words/cognitive ability to describe why she's not comfortable in her school setting. She just knows something's not right. You need to do some investigating and get to the bottom of this.
There is probably something happening at school that she doesn't like. Have you talked to her teacher? Is it possible to observe in her classroom? Is it possible for her to try another school?
Sometime just a different class or different school will be just what she needs. Maybe there isn't a true concrete reason for her discomfort; maybe a change is what she needs.

Probably having issues at school...I was picked on at school at that age, I hated it. Talk to her teacher, hopefully she can find a couple good friends in her class, then make up a reward system... she can earn stickers every morning she gets ready on time after so many stickers she can have a friend over to spend the night or take a friend to the movies...rewards work well at that age, but I'd see if something is going on at school, good luck!

Children needs around 10 hours of sleep. I know I do when I was young. I used to hate getting up in the morning because I still felt sleepy. Another reason I hated school was because of either the teacher or classmates.

Give her 5 popcycle sticks to create 5 "dolls", one for each day of the school weeks. If she doesn't wake up and get out of bed when you ask, she loses one stick. She can earn the stick back by getting out of bed by the 2nd time you ask but she must get dressed, eat breakfast, ie. follow your morning routine without compromise. By the end of the week she can see how many stick dolls she still has left. Her reward will be dependent on how many dolls are left on Friday. Don't forget to add free time with mommy & daddy or "ask as many questions day" to her reward packages. lol Hope this helps. gl

Don't make threats unless you are prepared to back them up. If your threatening to take something away then do it, if it's a spanking then do it. You give your request, then a warning, then follow through. I'm sure it'll only take once, to get the message across. If it takes warming those buns to get them moving, so be it. Just make sure you have given adequate warning first.
Good Luck

Maybe do something fun together in the morning, Like leaving little pressies for her to discover in the morning, or making your time together in the morning special somehow..don't take it to the point of outright bribery, but giving her something special to look forward to in the morning might pep her up a bit..
make sure she goes to bed early...
