You know, I currerently am in the same type situation. I am not in school, but when I was it was pure hell. And on top of that, at home my mother would sometimes beat me until I had bruises. Things were bad for me for a long time. I've dealt with depression for the past 15 years. My depression is drug resistant, meaning medicine doesn't help. I also find myself without any friends to talk to, I guess I've always been kind of a loner. Depression can be a real struggle, but remember that there's always tomorrow and you won't feel bad forever.
When I get feeling really bad, I send an e-mail to jo@samaritans.org It's a hotline for anyone who is depressed or feeling stressed out. They'll respond to your e-mail within 24 hours. It can help tremendously to vent your feelings. I know it is extremely hard to seek help for yourself in the middle of a deep dark depression, but you must try...You owe it to yourself to do at least that much. If you would like a friend or if you just need to talk to someone who has dealt with the same kind of thing send me an e-mail at thecobills@netzero.com

After such a long period of bullying, you are bound to feel pretty low about yourself. Probably you were too busy coping with all this to think about friends. So what can you do?
To start with, how about looking at what makes you feel good about yourself and do more of that. Do you have an ambition you could go for? Doing things you enjoy means you are more likely to meet people with the same interests which makes it easier to make friends.
I am guessing you are still at school. If you are feeling low, there are a couple of organisations you could get in touch with who specialise in helping young people - these are Get Connected (www.getconnected.org.uk) and Connexions Direct (www.connexions-direct.com) They are confidential, and have phone and email services. Phone is free and on everyday.
Nothing keeps the bullies of like confidence and doing things you enjoy will give you that.
Good luck

Firstly how old are you, if at school and u being bullied go talk to a teacher or your mum, they are there to help. If you cannot talk to them call child line or other line. If it is work place bullying take it further talk to someone, it is not right and i recently suffered work pplace bully but I got it sorted only once I seen my doc for anti depresants, this along with my family help gave me the courage t face up to my bully and now I am feeling better and enjoying life and my work again.
If you have depression and you do not get help it will get worst I had it for 10 years and it was hell. e mail me if you need to talk
good luck and you have friends out there in virtual land pc world just ask and we will all help if we can.
Please go and talk to someone it does help trust me

You need to see your GP asap and talk this through with him/her. He/she may be able to offer you some counselling sessions as well as anti-depressants. Depression is an illness and needs treatment just like any other illness - this won't go away on it's own. There are also confidential helplines such as the Samaritans, who will listen to you when you really need someone. MIND is also another organisation that can offer you some help. Go to their website for further information http://www.mind.org.uk/ Don't suffer on your own, help is available to get you through this, I promise. Take care.

Try reading the Bible. I am a believer and it has really helped me through some hard times. knowing that Jesus always loves you and is ready to catch you if you fall is a great feeling. Also, try going to a doctor. Massage therapy can help, too. Good Luck and God Bless <><
