Pollo alla Veneziana -Which is, De-boned breast of chicken topped with onions, walnuts, raisins, mushrooms and a touch of balsamic vinegar
It may be an option at our wedding... just seeing if anybody has had it and what their thoughts of it are. I have never heard of it but I think it sounds interesting...although we should go taste test it before it being one of our final decisions!

I have had it a few times and both times I fully enjoyed it. I tend to love chicken as well as mushrooms, but I think it is the Balsamic vinegar that compliments the other ingredients to make it absolutely sensational. I highly recommend it. If you enjoy chicken, you won't go wrong.
I would recommend that you take your own advice and test it as you mentioned, before making any decision though.

I've never heard of it, but DEFINITELY ask to sample it before you choose!!!!!! Even if it's a good dish normally, you may not like how they prepare it. :)
